From Kelantan With Love

hi there..  this is my first blog entry from Kubang Kerian, Kelantan..  😉

i was back to my hometown Kuching in 2008, and was working there for about 2 years..  now i have to travel again to Penisular for my postgraduate study..  i have forgotten how many times that i had flied across the South China Sea since 1996..

for this Kelantan trip, the flight departed at 12.30 pm on 30 December from Kuching International Airport..

in Sarawak we call airplane as “belon“..

i really enjoy the window scene from “belon“..

i reached Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 2.30 pm..  and took another flight from there to Kota Bharu (KB) at 3.10 pm on the same day..

no tall building seen in KB..

finally landed at KB airport at 4.10 pm..

in Kelantan, some places are well-developed..

and the weather here is very hot..

however, some places are not really that well-developed..  this include the place where i’m staying now, Kampung Padang Demit nearby Kubang Kerian..  the kampung residents here are very friendly..

 emm..  this is my house, at the right corner..

and we are using the water from this big black tank..  everyday we need to switch on the electrical pump to make sure we have sufficient water to use in our houses..

 

and, this durian tree is just right in front of my house..  can you see the durian on the tree..??

emm..  now you see..  :p
