i’ve done my 2oth times of blood donation this morning..  🙂

this was the first time i donated in Johor Bahru..  🙂

the blood bank provided roti jalar (lacy pancake) for the donors..  yummy, yummy..  🙂

      hi.. if your haemoglobin level is more than 12.5 and your wight is more than 45kg, then shouldn’t be a problem.. 🙂

    Sk, my Hb is less than 12 but I’m definitely heavier than 45kg…hahaha

    so nice, 1 donation, saves 3 life.
    I donated twice… but the 2nd time failed, fainted halfway, still able to save 1 life I perhaps. Doctor said no more blood donating for me 😦

        I went to see doctor the following day, ECG done and found V1 + V6 > 7 boxes…. other leads are perfectly normal.
        gonna back to sarawak for echo and stress test after my exam.
        hopefully nothing serious :S
