char kueh teow is a famous local food in Penang..

(char kueh tiow = fried flat rice noodles)

there is a mobile char kueh teow stall at Jalan Siam, Penang..

the stall owner is a Chinese uncle, assisted by his son..

according to the local peoples, the uncle has been frying char kuey tiaw for the past 30 years.. ha, real expert.. 🙂

he uses charcoal fire to fried the kuey tiaw instead of using fuel gas.. one of the secrets to produce aromatic and delicious char kueh tiaw..

the mobile stall is near to a Kopitiam (cafe), so you can order the char kuey tiaw and eat inside the Kopitiam..

ermmmm… so delicious.. ^_^

besides the kuey tiaw, other ingredients include egg, prawns, cockles, bean sprouts, garlic chives and the Chinese sausage..

and the price is so economical..!!!

let’s order two.. huhu..

satu mana cukup ler.. jom order dua.. :p
